Payment Terms & Financing

For monthly payment plans (Capsule Program and Launch Program) fee to be paid in advance of the working month, with the first payment due at signing of the contract. Contract may be terminated up until month 8 with 60-days written notice. Any development packages (sketches, specs, material information, and any other intellectual property) will not be completely released to client until final payment is made or contract is terminated in accordance with the written agreement.
Á la carte project payments are broken into 2-3 installments with 50% due upfront.
Transaction Fees: ACH = 1% up to $10, Credit Card = 3.5%
Reimbursable or Additional Expenses:
Any travel expenses and accommodations (for travel specifically requested by the client outside of NY or SLC), font license fees (if any), and web platform fees. Each case will be reviewed and pre-determined on an as needed basis.
Admin Fee for Extended Projects:
If the project goes beyond the timeline specified in the contract due to delayed client response (pattern of response to communications from Stateless beyond 5 business days), project scope slippage, change in factory(s) due to client request after factory(s) have been engaged, or trademark issues, client will be charged an admin fee of 5% (1.5% for Launch Program) of the contract grand total each month until project completion date.

Stateless offers the option for you to pay on a timeline that works for you, and have cash on hand when you need it. Choose terms from as little as 30 days or up to 24 months.
